At Roslits, we take pride in handcrafting each candle with care. Since our products are handmade and custom in nature, we follow a No Return / No Exchange policy — except in case of damage or a wrong item received.


1. No Return Policy

Due to the delicate and personalized nature of handmade candles, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product is delivered, unless it meets the conditions below.


2. Eligible Returns (Only in these cases):

You may request a return or replacement if:

The product arrives damaged, broken, or melted in transit.

You receive the wrong product or missing items from your order.


3. Timeframe for Reporting Issues

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

You must send clear photos or videos of the damaged/wrong product to our email.


4. How to Report a Problem

Order ID

Date of Delivery

Photos/Videos of the issue

Brief description of the problem

We will respond within 48 hours and guide you through the next steps.


5. Refund or Replacement Process

If your return is approved, we will offer either a free replacement or a full refund (as per your preference).

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

We may prefer replacement first, depending on the case.


6. Non-Returnable Items

Used candles

Products reported after 24 hours of delivery

Minor imperfections that naturally occur in handmade items
